Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at echobriefpro.life (the "Website") operated by Echo Brief Pro ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.
1. About Echo Brief Pro
Echo Brief Pro is a public relations consultancy providing media relations, corporate communications, reputation management, and crisis counsel to organisations in Singapore and the wider region. Our registered office is at 138 Market Street, #06-01, CapitaGreen, Singapore 048946. Contact: hello@echobriefpro.life, +65 6234 7701.
2. Website use
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or data directories
- Transmit malware, automated scraping tools, or content that disrupts Website operation
- Misrepresent your identity when submitting enquiries
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Website content for commercial purposes without written permission
- Use the Website in any manner that violates applicable laws in Singapore or your jurisdiction
We reserve the right to restrict access to the Website for users who violate these provisions.
3. Enquiries and no agency relationship
Submitting a contact form or emailing us does not create a client relationship or obligate us to accept an engagement. A formal relationship begins only when both parties sign a written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. Information you provide in preliminary enquiries is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
4. Service engagements
When you engage Echo Brief Pro for public relations services, the specific scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, and timelines are defined in a separate written agreement. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement prevails for that engagement.
Either party may terminate a service agreement according to its notice provisions. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable. We will deliver work product completed and paid for at termination, subject to confidentiality obligations that survive.
4.1 Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to relevant information, approve materials within agreed review periods, designate authorised spokespersons, and disclose facts material to communications activities. Delays in client feedback may affect delivery timelines without liability on our part.
4.2 Editorial independence
We conduct media outreach in accordance with professional standards. We cannot guarantee specific media coverage, publication dates, or editorial treatment. Journalists and editors retain full independence over whether and how they report any story.
5. Fees and payment
Indicative pricing displayed on the Website (for example, "from SGD 3,800 per month") is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute an offer. Binding fees are specified in written proposals. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within thirty days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at a rate permitted under Singapore law and may result in suspension of services.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, layout, and design — is owned by Echo Brief Pro or used under licence and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference.
For client engagements, ownership of deliverables is addressed in the service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, clients receive a licence to use final approved materials for their business purposes upon full payment.
7. Confidentiality
We treat client information shared during engagements as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, authorised by the client, or necessary for agreed PR activities (such as sharing approved quotes with media contacts). Clients similarly agree to keep our proprietary methodologies and non-public pricing confidential.
8. Disclaimers
The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Information on the Website is general in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
Past results described in case studies are illustrative and do not guarantee similar outcomes for future engagements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Echo Brief Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or our services, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Website shall not exceed one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100), except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
For paid service engagements, liability limits may be modified in the applicable service agreement. Clients should review those provisions carefully before signing.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Echo Brief Pro, its directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or provision of inaccurate information to us.
11. Third-party links
Hyperlinks to coverage examples are for context. Those sites have their own terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
13. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For active client engagements, material changes to service-related terms will be communicated directly.
16. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, widespread telecommunications outages, or pandemic-related restrictions. Affected obligations resume when the event ends or a workable alternative is agreed.
17. Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a business reorganisation, provided your data protection rights are respected.
18. Entire agreement for Website use
